KIDS POI
TWIRLING WORKSHOPS

Get the kids up and grooving, a little spin here and a little twirl there! This workshop is designed to be a fun non-competitive activity for kids to develop coordination and fitness.

The basic structure covers a combination of stretching, games, poi twirling and dance. Poi twirling is a unique physical activity that exercises both the left and right side of the brain.

POI MAKING WORKSHOPS

Starting with socks, tennis balls and wool, we'll transform these materials into a bright set of Fluffy Poi! Following simple easy steps, you get the opportunity to create and learn basic finger weaving skills.

A great way to encourage ongoing interest in twirling, allowing each person to make their own unique set of Poi to take home, a wonderful tool to use which helps to keep a healthy mind and body.
